A project of 121 homes in Madrid. The building offers 3-bedroom residences with a swimming pool, gym, coworking space, relaxation area, and large green spaces, featuring the renowned Stay by KRONOS signature.

The bathrooms in these homes are equipped with the quality of Strohm Teka, combining faucets and toilets from the Manacor collection, Alaior accessories, and Inca furniture and shower trays. This carefully selected bathroom setup allows tenants to personalize it to their taste.
