A project of 331 homes in Valencia. The building offers 2 or 3-bedroom apartments, a swimming pool, coworking space, gym with the renowned Stay by KRONOS seal.

The bathrooms in these homes are equipped with the quality of Strohm Teka, combining taps and toilets from the Manacor and Inca collections, Alaior accessories, and Inca furniture and shower trays. This bathroom setup is carefully selected for its simplicity, allowing the owner to add a personal touch to this space in their home.
